"Owner of B.A. Masks says NFL's facemask ban not about safety"

Alan MacFeran, owner of B.A. Masks—among the companies whose facemasks the NFL banned on Monday—isn’t buying the league’s argument against the use of the equipment. 

The NFL says it’s about safety. MacFeran says that’s not it at all.

 “I don’t know what their agenda is,” he told Sporting News. “It has zero to do with safety.”
